Process

Changing organisations brings together Best Practice Network’s proven track record in leadership development with the unique style of ‘working below the surface’ of the Tavistock Consultancy Service (TCS). This approach enables participants to find their own solutions to the challenges they face whilst supporting thinking about the whole system. It improves understanding of dimensions of school life that are usually hidden but often present obstacles to progress and change.

How is it delivered and what is the cost?

The programme is delivered by experienced TCS and BPN facilitators (facilitator participant ratio 1:8). The cost of the programme, including the residential, is £2,795 + VAT. Additional modules, including executive coaching, are also available.

Best Practice Network continues to seek out and share best practice by developing a range of innovative programmes tailored to suit the specific needs of local authorities, school leaders and their teams. For example, Improving Team Performance has been co-developed with HOLT (a leading national provider of experiential learning for team and leadership development) and Changing Organisations draws on the the unique style of working below the surface of the Tavistock Consultancy Service (TCS).
