Best Practice Network (BPN) was established in 2003 by Colin McLean to build on the success achieved by QAA Education Consultants. Growth over the last four years has been rapid and exciting. Our vision is to be the leading provider of professional development in the Children's Services sector. Every person who works with us shares our commitment to developing leadership and management capabilities that support the Every Child Matters agenda.
We provide Leadership & Management Development Programmes and Consultancy Services. Our services include assessment and accreditation programmes for professional status, vocational standards and higher degrees. All of our programmes are delivered by highly successful service leaders and experienced consultants. Our operational strength and expertise is based on the quality of our people and the best in class business processes we adopt.
We deliver a number of significant national programmes (for example HLTA, EYPS, Multi-agency Team Development,and Leadership Pathways) for Government Departments and Agencies. We also support organisations with interim management solutions, recruitment and selection procedures, consultancy projects and organisational development programmes. Our consultants have experience of working on assignments that range in scale and scope, both in the UK and internationally.
