We believe that everyone can gain from coaching and that children and young people will benefit as a result.
Anyone who wants to be coached!
Our team is able to provide for the range of people who work with young people, be they leaders, teachers, lecturers, early years professionals, teaching assistants, governors, playworkers, social workers, educational consultants or advisers in schools, academies, colleges, universities and early years settings.
Our view is that coaching is a highly effective form of self-directed professional development. We have found it helps:
Many schools, settings and organisations now provide and promote coaching and we are keen and able to support this through our training for coaches, performance management and supervision coaching. We believe that many people particularly value the confidential environment provided by a professional coaching service, which does not feedback to colleagues or line managers.
The Coaching Service is available in different ways: face-to-face, by telephone or Skype. We recommend a face-to-face meeting for the exploratory session.
Our fees vary according to your position or situation.
Contact coachingservice@bestpracticenet.co.uk to discuss your requirements or arrange for an exploratory coaching session.
Agree the number of coaching sessions you need with your coach and Best Practice Network will then issue a contract and invoice for this at the appropriate rate.
