As a result of the session I am aiming to be more assertive when influencing and leading others. I have plans to improve my ‘strategic awareness’ and ‘critical curiosity’ (two of the seven dimensions) to enable me to do this. I can really see how the students at my school would benefit from this coaching too.
Participant on Best Practice Network’s 2020 Leadership programme 2012
ILP coaching is offered to all adults working in education - Senior leaders, Teachers, Higher Level Teaching Assistants, Teaching Assistants and Early Years Professionals.
ILP Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and are provided by fully accredited ILP coaches who are also highly experienced education professionals.
The sessions by telephone or web chat. Face to face can be arranged but may incur additional travel cost.
Once you have booked your session you will be sent details of the process. You will then be contacted by your coach to arrange a convenient time for your session. You can discuss any questions about the process and request additional information about ILP with your coach or the ILP administrator. You will also be directed to our Code of Practice.
You will then be invited to take your online ELLI Learning Power profile which you can do at any time to suit you. The profile takes about 30 mins to complete. The profile is in the form of a spider diagram and can be downloaded immediately after completion.
The coaching session then takes place.
If you would like to book further sessions with your coach this can be arranged, please discuss with your coach.
A 10% discount is available for three or more sessions booked in advance. If you decide to use an ILP prgramme to benefit your school/organisation the cost of your coaching session will be discounted from the cost of the programme.
