Process

• Initial consultancy to determine team & organisational needs and objectives for the event
• 1-day non-residential or 2(+)-day residential event based on experiential learning with facilitated reviews of activities
• Post-event follow up to support individual & team development
• Process based on a matrix of competencies for high performance teams

Target Groups

School or Local Authority teams, either separately, as several teams from within the organisation or as teams from across partnerships or parts of the organisation.

Cost

Includes pre-event, event and post-event charges. Residential costs for events lasting two or more days are not included. Senior leadership team of 8 people: £1,995 4 groups of 8 people from across a school/partnership: £1,750 per group VAT will be charged at the standard rate.
