- Programme developers, tutors and assessors for Early Years Professional Status and CACHE awards
- Programme developers and tutors for HLTA, SWiS and workforce qualifications
- Facilitators and assessors of ILM Coaching and Mentoring awards and BPN's other training and development programmes
- Developers of our international network and promoters of global learning
- Leaders of our work in children's social care, youth justice and 14-19
Consultants work regionally, from their home base, with effective central administrative and ICT support. Senior Consultants take responsibility for leading and managing specific projects.

Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions are flexible: they include permanent/temporary and full/part-time opportunities. We would particularly welcome applications from serving headteachers or deputies on a secondment basis (12 month minimum).
