
NCSL Leadership Pathways
Leadership Pathways (LP) is a modularised leadership programme from The National College for School Leadership (NCSL). Now in its second year, the programme has been highly praised by participants and their schools. The programme is customised to each participant's own learning needs and to their school's particular context. It includes a blend of face to face days, online units and school coach-based components.
