School Improvement Solutions (SIS) benefit schools and early years settings. Through SIS, we are able to provide support to those leaders who are embracing new challenges and opportunities as they continue to raise standards in a climate of reducing budgets, increasing accountability and changing national expectations.
We are extending our community of school improvement professionals including NLEs, successful school leaders, SIPs, consultants and facilitators who work closely with school and setting leaders to provide challenge and solution-focused support. High quality school improvement skills and professional relationships are at the heart of this work.

Consultants work from their home base in regional teams and are able to draw on the collective expertise of the whole network and a full range of strategies, tools and programmes including those available from the Balance Consortium.
