We work at the forefront of development across the Children's Services sector, facilitating leadership and workforce development. Our vision is to be the leading provider of professional development in the Children's Services sector. Currently we are engaged in delivering services on behalf of the Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC), the National College for School Leadership (NCSL), the Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA), and the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF).

We deliver four programmes for the NCSL - Leadership Pathways, Multi Agency Team Development, Working Together for Success and Developing the Capacity for Sustained Improvement. BPN is the leading provider of Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status and Early Years Professional status. We have recently been accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to deliver the Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring awards.
