Nicola Bostock-Hayes

NPQEYL and NPQLL Programme Manager

For 16 years Nicola has worked predominantly in secondary education and for the past 10 years on school senior leadership teams. Starting out on the Teach First Programme in Croydon she has worked in a range of different roles including pastoral, teaching and learning, quality assurance, outcomes and achievement and most recently on the implementation of an effective literacy policy to close the gap exacerbated by lockdown. She has worked in a number of diverse settings across the country from London to West Yorkshire.

Nicola is currently Programme Manager for the NPQEYL and NPQLL and also delivers training on the HLTA programme. She is passionate that children and young people are at the heart of all that we do within education and that educationalists have access to high-quality training to secure the best outcomes for all.
