Podcast summary

This episode focuses on Reflections on NPQEL through times of change and features an interview with Simon Lockwood, Education Consultant in teacher and leadership development, coaching and mentoring. Previously Simon has worked as a Secondary School Teacher and LA Advisor on leadership and NQT. 

Simon has also worked on the National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership with Best Practice Network since the beginning: writing the content for the very first NPQEL face-to-face events and thinking about who would want to be involved? and what would they need? 

Since then he has worked as a Lead Facilitator and has been involved in refining the NPQEL - which in his own words has achieved "a new lease of life online since the start of the pandemic!"
