Coaching, Learning and Development Webinar

Thanks to everyone who joined our recent Coaching, Learning and Development Apprenticeship webinar. It was great to see so many individuals interested in our new programme and the positive impact, coaching and staff development can have in a school setting.

The Coaching, Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship is a fully funded 14-month programme that equips education professionals with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to identify learning needs, create engaging learning experiences, deliver effective training and use coaching to support professional growth and development. During the course, learners can also gain the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching alongside their apprenticeship at no extra cost, which can add further credibility to your professional role, enhance your standing within your current setting and open doors to new roles and responsibilities.
