Learning gained will include a greater knowledge and understanding of whole class teaching that will support potential progression to Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status. Learners will also be able to personalise their pathways based on their choice of specialist area(s).
Our programme offers a flexible approach to learning for both schools and learners, with a strong emphasis on the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) pathway. This ensures that all learners acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to support teachers in enhancing pupil learning, both in groups and individually.
