Your apprenticeship won’t cost you anything! Your training is fully funded through the Apprenticeship Levy. Your school is supported every step of the way with guidance on how to access the right funding option, whether that’s levy, co-funding or transfer. In some cases, employers can also access extra support, which helps make the programme even more accessible.

Tailor your learning to your pupils and setting. You’ll choose one pathway and apply strategies in your classroom with tutor support.
Support learners with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and speech & language needs. Plan accessible tasks, scaffold independence and work well with specialists.
Build calm routines, teach simple regulation strategies and strengthen relationships so pupils are ready to learn.
Lead catch-up in early reading, phonics, maths or EAL. Use quick checks to spot gaps and move learning on.
Build a strong platform for roles such as Higher Level Teaching Assistant, inclusion/specialist responsibilities or a Level 6 Teacher Apprenticeship.
Plan, deliver and evaluate interventions with clear outcomes.
Take on specialist responsibilities and mentor others.
Progress to HLTA, wider inclusion roles or Level 6 Teacher Apprenticeship.
Lead learning and assessment with increased responsibility.
Take ownership of SEND, wellbeing or curriculum priorities.
Continue to qualified teacher status via an apprenticeship route.
