This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a recognised childcare qualification while earning a wage and building valuable hands-on experience in a supportive nursery setting.
About the Role
As an Early Lead Years Apprentice, you will:
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
Lead high-quality practice within the setting - Support and mentor colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes for children
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
About the Apprenticeship
You will work towards an Early Years qualification while gaining practical experience in the nursery.
Training includes:
- Online learning and coursework
- Virtual classrooms and webinars
- One-to-one support from a dedicated tutor
- Workplace observations and reviews
- Dedicated training time within working hours
No college attendance is required, as all training is delivered through a blended learning approach.
Salary & Hours

National Minimum Wage thereafter
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week with varied shifts from 7:30am to 6:30pm.
