To support the catch up of children whose development has been impacted by the pandemic, through improved leadership of nurseries and early years school based settings, resulting in strengthened staff pedagogy.
To address a critical gap in the sector in terms of a high quality offer for leaders. Intention is to have a single EY framework, but given the distinct differences within the EY audience, the provider offer will need to consider how best to deliver content to each cohort.
