Dean has worked across early years, primary, secondary and HEI sectors gaining a wealth of experience and understanding of high quality CPD for all members of the school and academy community. Dean is Programme Director for our NASENCO, HLTA and School Business Manager programmes and Lead Moderator on our National Professional Qualifications for School Leaders programmes with the Outstanding Leaders Partnership. Having initially trained as a PE teacher, Dean has a keen interest in all sports, particularly triathlon events and enjoys walking holidays with family.
