Kelly has been involved in a variety of projects with different stakeholders, including the DfE, trusts, international schools, and businesses to plan and lead change which has resulted in rapid, sustainable improvement.
Prior to her role at Best Practice Network, Kelly worked as a head teacher and then executive lead in a multi academy trust across England.
