About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Level 3 Apprentice to join the outstanding Little Bubbas Childminding Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a nurturing home-based setting while working towards a recognised qualification.

Start Date: September 2026
Duration: 18-month apprenticeship
Salary: National Minimum Wage 
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children’s learning and development in line with EYFS
  • Assisting with planned activities based on children’s interests
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment
  • Supporting mealtimes, play, and daily routines
  • Building positive relationships with children and families

Applicants who are not UK nationals must meet apprenticeship funding eligibility rules, including having lived in the UK or EU for at least 3 consecutive years prior to the start date. You must hold a valid visa that does not expire within 18 months of your apprenticeship start date.
