4Children are running events focused on the learning from the Community childcare and Early Learning hubs projects, which have been running across the country for the past 18 months. Thrive-informed Educator Training helps student teachers understand behaviour, wellbeing and relationships through a trauma-informed lens. Delivered as part of our ITT and secondary postgraduate teacher apprenticeship programmes, the training blends theory with practical strategies to build emotional safety, connection and resilience in the classroom.
